At Burwood East Special Developmental School, we enrol students with a diagnosed moderate to severe intellectual disability.

Your child must be eligible for funding through the Program for Students with Disabilities (PSD).

We recognise that enrolment in a specialist school setting may be daunting and challenging for families. We are happy to advise and provide support as you explore all the options across specialist and mainstream school settings. We can help you to make the most informed choice for your child.

Please contact us at the school to discuss a potential application for enrolment. In most cases, we can undertake the necessary assessments here at school, and families do not need to incur unnecessary personal expenses.
